Great First Impression

I avoided going to the dentist for 4 years since I moved to Georgia. At a suggestion from a friend I tried Atlanta Dental Spa and I was very pleased. Their service is excellent and the staff is not only knowledgable but up on the most recent trends in dentistry. They were very concerned about my comfort and if I had any questions.

Superb!!

Superb!! If you are looking for a dentist, stop your search and call the Atlanta Dental Spa. You will experience the difference after your first visit. It is literally like being at the spa. I can believe I am saying. "I can't wait to go to the dentist again". Dr Boulden is an artist in his field. He will ensure that you not only fix your cavity, but also have a great smile. He also took the time to call me after my visit to follow up with my procedure. His staff is also amazing. They become your friends as soon as you walk inside the Spa (Clinic). Thanks Jillian, Allison and Christi, I'll see you soon again.

Dr. Boulden was a nice surprise. I found him after buying a groupon coupon. Sorry, that probably won't come around again for a long time, but I found his regular service fees are right in line with other dentists. What's more, the place is calm and features state-of-the-art equipment that makes sense and will make you feel like you are at a spa. Even the name makes sense: "The Atlanta Dental Spa". It's located off Old Alabama Road near Holcomb Bridge in a one story multi-building office complex. Parking is free and curbside convenient. I had a chipped front tooth that needed repair. Dr. Boulden did the bond himself and it looks like a normal tooth! What I am saying is he did a super fabulous job. He took special care to make sure my teeth were symmetrical and my bite fit properly! I highly recommend him for bonding which is the service I had done. I also had my teeth whitened, cleaned and examined at the Atlanta Dental Spa. I would recommend those services as well. His staff has obviously been meticulously trained and everyone there seems to take great pride in service and dental expertise. If you go there, just be ready to smile! Highly recommend this place and Dr. Boulden.

As a new patient to Dr. Estep, I would definitely recommend the Atlanta Dental Spa. Everyone you are in touch with wants to ensure you are handled with the best care. From the new patient coordinator-Christi, Hygienist-Chrissa, dental assistant-Moe, billing coordinator-Allison, and the dentist-Dr. Estep. Each person I have been in touch with has handled and carried out each request. Listening to a patient is important to me. I do not like pain and rest assured no pain was received and the technique and pride Dr. Estep takes on working on my teeth is amazing. Also, insurance requests are submitted electroniclly and turnaround time was 2 weeks! Thank you, Allison for understanding the sensitivity of insurance and ensuring the request are submitted completely.

I hate the dentist. Seriously. I'm terrified of going so I've put it off for too long. I finally bit the bullet and called Atlanta Dental Spa to make an appointment to get my teeth whitened. They were so flexible and willing to work off of my schedule, which was wonderful. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by the kindest office staff I've ever met (myself having worked in medical offices for years). They were so genuinely friendly and helpful that I immediately felt at ease. I arrived about 30 minutes early for my appointment, but they took me right back. The hygenist, who was absolutely precious, explained the whitening process to me and asked if I had any questions- then we were ready to get started!

When she leaned me back in the chair, I saw a TV to my side and she said I could pick whatever channel I wanted to watch. Then... I saw the TV in the ceiling. Not kidding. I got to wear headphones and watch HGTV (best dentist appointment ever, right?!) and it completely took my mind off of my teeth. She kept checking on me to make sure I was okay- and boy was I- pretty sure I dozed off a few times!

I wish I could give Atlanta Dental Spa a million stars... seriously. They are awesome! So kind, friendly, patient, understanding, welcoming- it makes me want to go back! This will definitely be my dentist's office from now on. Love ADS!!

A spa with a dentist? you're not dreaming. I have had such positive experiences with Dr. Estep and the staff at ADS.

I went to the Roswell Location and despite the unassuming look from the outside (office park) inside is indeed a spa.

I had to have a crown installed and I literally was so comfortable I nodded off! Noise cancelling headphones and dental techniques had me so very comfortable I nodded off during the drilling process! I have no dentist anxiety so if you do that may not be your exact experience but I can't compliment a dentist more than saying this.

It's incredibly clean, waterfall wall, modern as you want it! I am a loyal customer for life.

As a patient of Atlanta Dental Spa, my experience with the practice has been, without a doubt, the most positive of any previous dentist visit. Dr. Susan Goode Estep and the rest of the staff have truly built an environment that's friendly and welcoming to clients, as well as progressive in their approach to customer service. From the comfortable waiting area to the internet cafe, flat-screen TV's in the ceiling to the noise-canceling headphones, they've designed the entire office with the client in mind. But, beyond simply the environment, most importantly they have an obvious passion for excellence in their work and an evident desire to serve the patient. Dr. Susan Goode Estep has provided me with outstanding quality of care and, through a pair of fillings, has taken all the time as was necessary to make sure that my experience was, literally and figuratively, easy and painless. I would, without reservation or hesitation, recommend Atlanta Dental Spa to my closest friends and family. But especially to those, like myself, who approach the dentist's office with apprehension or even a little fear, this practice combines outstanding care and expertise to provide the most pleasant experience possible.

Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. Because of you and your outstanding staff, I have a look that will last a lifetime. Although my teeth were not in terrible shape, I suffered from "going the cheap route". I got bonding for my two front teeth to fill a gap. The front two teeth are the most noticeable, as you know. It continued to stain from foods, wines and such. I worked too hard through getting braces for 3 years, having teeth pulled, and then bonding to NOT have the smile I wanted. But after my consultation with Atlanta Dental Spa, your office assured me that veneers were the way to go, and you know you were right!The compliments keep coming, and I continue to recommend your services to friends, family, and clients. Thanks Dr. B. Since having the procedure, my confidence is restored and my smile is bigger and prouder than ever.
